Although it's handcrafted of wood, this design is my most modern jewelry box and fits in any contemporary home. The sharp angles of the legs and simplicity in its design make it appealing to even the most contemporary decorator.

This box is made of bubinga wood from Africa; the legs are curly maple. The lid, as seen below, is made of maple burl.
