These small wood decorative keepsake boxes measure 6" wide x 6" deep and 3" high. The top is cut in a design that fits together when closed; and then swivels open to reveal an open compartment lined with Super Suede. In the photo I've listed the different types of wood.

Men and women alike can find great use for these boxes; they contain any number of small items while looking artistic and decorative at the same time. Need some ideas? Here are just a few of the ways you can use this decorative keepsake box:

"What is burl?"

You might have heard of the other woods, such as cherry, but might have ever heard of "spalted maple burl." Burl is actually a deformity that grows on a tree for any number of reasons, but creates beautiful patterns. Literally no two pieces of burl are ever the same, so your decorative keepsake box will truly be one-of-a-kind.
