This is one of my handmade wooden boxes that works just as well as a mens jewelry box as it does for women (to see the other design that works well as a mens jewelry box, click here). Of course, it's also a perfect box for women or for anyone who has jewelry or other keepsakes they want to store away.
It measures 15" wide by 10.5" deep and 4" high. The lid lifts up to reveal two tiers of jewelry storage. On the top layer there are two sliding trays with dividers; they slide in either direction to allow access to the level below. This allows for a large amount of storage in a relatively compact space.
This box can be designed as a mens jewelry box or a watch jewelry box; I can add watch or bracelet "pillows" made of the same SuperSuede that lines each box. Up to ten watch or bracelet pillows can fit in this particular box; to read more, please click here (or click on the photo to the right).
This box makes for great handmade unique gifts; since every piece of wood is different, no two boxes are ever the same. Giving a one-of-a-kind handmade jewelry box shows you care enough to want something unique for your special someone. Plus, you are supporting an artisan and a product "made in the USA," not a factory overseas.
I most commonly make this box out of curly maple, bubinga, or black walnut. As with all my boxes, I never use any paint, stains, or dyes; only clear waxes and oils to bring out the natural grains of the wood and to protect the box.

Just to let you know that my jewelry box arrived
